What do I need to run Pixel Form?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. The app is iPhone-only; it does not run on iPad or Mac.
How do I bring in a photo?
On the Home screen choose Social or Print, then import a photo from your Photos library or from Files. You can also import from the app’s Library if you have worked on something before.
What is the difference between Social Pack and Print Pack?
Social upscales about 2× and produces the sizes you post to. Print upscales about 4× and produces PDF and PNG files sized for A4, A3, or a custom size, for sending to a print shop.
Why can’t I export any more today?
The free tier includes 3 Social exports and 1 Print export per day. The counters reset at the start of each day. When they run out you can subscribe to Pixel Form Pro for unlimited exports, or wait for the next day. Home shows how many exports you have left.
How do I subscribe, and how do I restore a purchase?
Subscribe from the paywall or from Settings. If you have subscribed before — on this or another device with the same Apple ID — use Restore Purchase, also in the paywall or in Settings.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Pixel Form, and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Image processing happens on your device, and your projects are stored locally. There is no account and no cloud copy of your photos. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual projects inside the app, or delete the app from your iPhone to remove all of its local data. Support emails you have sent us are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can Pixel Form create a logo, QR code, or watermark for me?
No. You supply your own overlays — logo, QR code, watermark, stamp, signature, or text — and the app places them onto your image.
The app is in the wrong language.
Open Settings in the app and choose English or Simplified Chinese. The default follows your iPhone’s language.
An export failed or the app stopped responding.
Very large Print Pack exports use a lot of memory. Try closing other apps and exporting again, or export one format at a time. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing.
